 Database Updates

The Subscription Database is updated as recorded transactions become available.  Typically the most recent transactions in the database were recorded 30-90 days ago. The database currently contains real estate transactions for all Rhode Island from January 1, 1994. The Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry and Narragansett transactions start from January 1, 1992.
